Cory Whitney
Cory Whitney is a practitioner of holistic and collaborative research processes related to human ecology, ethnobotany and agrobiodiversity. He works with diverse groups including researchers, food activists, small-scale farmers and indigenous peoples communities to address issues of direct relevance to vulnerable groups and to offer new lenses through which to view the development process. His work attempts to use collaborative research and holistic analysis approaches to describe systems and to model decision impact pathways. He has published several papers, articles, and books that describe and support traditional knowledge systems of indigenous peoples around the world.
