I am a lecturer and researcher at the Centre for Human Computer Interaction Design, City, University of London. I got a PhD in Information Studies (University College London) and my background is in cultural studies (UEA Norwich) and English literature (UNAM).

I am a Research Associate, UCL Centre for Digital Humanities. I co-founded and am the editor-in-chief of The Comics Grid Journal of Comics Scholarship.
