Ewan Coopey
Ewan is a PhD candidate and sessional academic in the Department of History and Archaeology, Macquarie University, Sydney. His research interests include the archaeology of community in the Roman world, particularly the southeastern European provinces, and relational archaeology and epigraphy. His doctoral project examines the relational dynamics of military communities in Dalmatia through archaeological and epigraphic material. He works at the Macquarie University Centre for Applied History and is passionate about public engagement.
