I am a creative writing PhD student at UW-Milwaukee, who writes fiction and is interested in the convergence of narrative and digital networked technology. Specifically, I research nonlinear, multimedia, and transmedia narratives, interactivity, and games/ludic literature.  Currently, I'm exploring the use of Alternate Reality Games in composition pedagogy.  My most recent fiction appears in Guernica <guernicamag.com> and I am in my third year as Editor-in-Chief of the cream city review, a nationally-distributed biannual literary journal.
