I am a food technologist and work since 4 decades in organic food processing. The last 10 years I live in Thailand where I run an organic rice mill, train and assist farmers in organic agricultural practices, mostly rice but branching out.

I am very interested in SRI, SRP and other sustainable agricultural practices.
