I am a tenured Lecturer in Cognitive Science, at the University of Reading, UK, affiliated to the Cybernetics Research Group in the School of Systems Engineering and the Centre for Integrative Neuroscience and Neurodynamics. I conduct and supervise research that focuses on the mechanisms that support meaningful interaction with the environment through sensorimotor coordination, in vision and touch. We use psychophysics, electrophysiology and neuroimaging methods, as well as mathematical modelling.
