I'm a consultant and researcher specialising in climate change adaptation. I'm Director of Garama 3C Ltd, a small consulting firm with a focus on climate change and development that supports governments and organisations to address climate change adaptation and resilience in their planning and operations. I'm also a Visiting Research Fellow at the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia. My research focuses on human responses and adaptation to rapid and severe changes in climate, with a focus on the Middle Holocene and the arid northern hemisphere sub-tropics.
