I want to understand how to create and coordinate inter-organizational business processes towards joint customer, i.e., HOW TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS IN THEIR COLLABORATIVE BUSINESS PROCESSES? I am iinterested in the following questions: 1) How do companies create common understanding about their joint contractual and procedural coordination of collaborative business processes? 2) How to use boundary objects and involve all stakeholders in the co-creation of coordination in inter-organizational business processes?
