I am a research software engineer in the Food Informatics group at Wageningen Food & Biobased Research. I have a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia, a M.S. in Digital Media from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Reed College.  My doctoral research examines how people make moral judgments about food-related behaviors that indirectly harm animals, and whether they are influenced about beliefs about the minds of animals.
